Good idea! I also think now this could be a bug in pygame because in the
past the intro music was working but nowadays pygame appears to have
problems detecting the intro.xm file correctly.

I tried an easier approach. I have prepared a new release and converted
all xm files to ogg files. (Thanks to xmp and oggenc) The intro music is
audible again, hey!

Hmm, are you sure you have played the latest revision -11 and not -10?
