The mailing-list creation script fails, as the $cmd initialization misses a my $cmd, apparently. However, as the cronjob is redirected to /dev/null, it's hard to notice, until you notice missing lists... I suggest to comment line 65 as well, to be consistent with the commenting of its system() below. Hope this helps.
