I think you should report this bug upstream.
You should also try with the autotools build. Until bug [1] is fixed, I
am not planning to support it.

Seeing as I've been following the discussion for nearly 2 years on
LLVM/Clang and the recent large discussion on transitioning away from
autoconf to cmake I'll wait for Dmitri to move the infrastructure to
cmake: http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=16120
