This is a follow up to #568897. Currently the man page states:

NOTES
       If the DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS environment variable contains nocheck, no tests 
will be performed.


It should -maybe- reads as:

NOTES
       If the DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS environment variable contains nocheck, 
dh_auto_test will not be run, however override_dh_auto_test will still be run
