(the current local tracefile is named mirror1.uk.sargasso.net.

How much bandwidth is available to users ?

Indeed, if it's really pushed, the last sync lasted 2:40 hours which is quite
long (nominal period is 6 hours).

This can be deduced from timestamps visible at
http://debian.mirror.uk.sargasso.net/debian/project/trace
