On further investigation, I see that the problem is caused by "galculator". The whole chain of dependencies is following:
lxde -> galculator -> libpango1.0-0 -> libthai0 Would it not be easier, if lxde depended only on packages, which are really needed for functionality? Why can't I use lxde without galculator ? Why don't you let the user decide, which applications he wants to install?
