The license issues I mentioned above have been resolved, and I would again like to build and maintain this package for Debian. Glenn Rice, who has been packaging dolphin as an Ubuntu PPA for the last 2 years, has offered to help. The current version of Dolphin uses wxWidgets 2.9, which is a development release not available in Debian.
