Dear Maintainer,

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
frank@T500:~$ printenv | grep LANG
LANG=de_DE.utf8
GDM_LANG=de_DE.utf8
frank@T500:~$
frank@T500:~$ time -v ls
-v: command not found

real    0m0.052s
user    0m0.036s
sys     0m0.012s
frank@T500:~$
frank@T500:~$ LANG=de_DE.utf8 time -v ls
Arbeitsfläche  Dokumente  Musik       src     Vorlagen
Bilder         Downloads  Ă–ffentlich  Videos
        Command being timed: "ls"
        User time (seconds): 0.00
        System time (seconds): 0.00
        Percent of CPU this job got: 0%
        Elapsed (wall clock) time (h:mm:ss or m:ss): 0:00.00
        ... and so on...

   * What was the outcome of this action?
The 1st run of 'time' is errornous, the 2nd run of 'time' with
explicitly
set $LANG environment is correct, despite it's already set in my
environment
(see top of report).

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
As in the 2nd run above.
