Thanks for the analysis. Luckily this seems to be the first failure of
this type I encountered.

This should be fixed in the tools used (whichever these are) to ensure
we always build deterministic packages.

We really need to revive that debian-devel thread about having more
detailed Contents files to do archive wide analysis of such things :-)
