Thanks for the rapid response & advice! I have taken it and posted the information from the bug report on that list. I don't actually have a scanner or I would happily do that. It's very low-tech, I know, but would it help if I snail mailed a couple of prints to you? If not I guess I can try to borrow a scanner..
