My .asound file is:
pcm.pulse {
    type pulse
}

ctl.pulse {
    type pulse
}

pcm.!default {
    type pulse
}

ctl.!default {
    type pulse
}

When I play flash file under iceweasel, I check @ 'sound settings' 
'Applications' and the no application use pulseaudio.
At the same time, when I choose to open a video file, the video doesn't start 
until I close the flash video.
