FWIW, this is a false-positive: apport never imports these files[0], so
there's no benefit from byte-compilation. I'll whitelist
/usr/share/apport/package-hooks/ in the next release.

This is just a script with .py extension.
Maybe I should whitelist executable .py files in private directories...
definitly you should. I assume there are many more scripts in eg
/usr/share/doc...
Nah, /usr/share/doc/ is already whitelisted. :)
