I have merged 0001-0014 so far. Due to do some of my rewrites (hi, 2d39df4), 0015 doesn't apply anymore. As I broke it, I will rewrite the 0015+ as needed to have them apply (modulo 0018, see below) assuming no one beats me to it. Re: 0018, I was told on IRC there is a problem with 0018 irt to matching a verbatim \n (and apparently also causes false-negatives).
