Jelmer, it looks like swat2 hasn't been touched in Debian since the initial upload to experimental two years ago; and of course there's just been the announcement upstream that swat (the original) would be dropped from the tree, without replacement. I think the right course of action here is to request removal of the swat2 package from experimental.
