Package: perlprimer Version: 1.1.21-1 Severity: normal Hi all,
It looks like the URLs have changed again in Ensembl, breaking perlprimer. There is a patch on SourceForge, but it solves the problem by accessing archive data, which is a good workaround but does not solve the problem for novel transcripts. http://sourceforge.net/p/perlprimer/patches/5/ Does anybody have a better solution ?
