Package: bbdb Followup-For: Bug #617634 According to
https://savannah.nongnu.org/git/?group=bbdb there is now an upstream git repository for bbdb, which has a master branch that has been updated within the last month. I see no tags more recent than 2.35, however, and 2.36 is what we have in debian. perhaps it would be worth uploading a package based on an upstream git snapshot to experimental so people can try it out. --dkg -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (200, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.8-trunk-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages bbdb depends on: ii dpkg 1.16.10 ii emacs23 [emacsen] 23.4+1-4 ii install-info 4.13a.dfsg.1-10 ii make 3.81-8.2 ii perl 5.14.2-21 bbdb recommends no packages.
