On second thought, maybe this issue should stay out of the FAQ.  It
might be more suitable for the Debian wiki.  The wording is bad too: we
are still working on _not_ shipping documentation-lacking packages.

Perhaps a new wiki page about NonFreeDocumentation could be added
(there's no such page now).  It could hold pointers to the message from
Frank Lichtenheld about "Removing non-free documentation from main" at
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2005/09/msg00007.html and
the "Bits from the release team: the plans for etch" from Steve Langasek
at http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2005/10/msg00004.html
as well as a link to
http://release.debian.org/removing-non-free-documentation .
