Hi,

I've just noticed that gcipher is one of 10 packages still using dbs,
but for some reason no bug report exists about it (I guess the build
dependency on dbs was introduced after Raphael reported his bugs 3 years
ago, see [1]).

The dbs package has been deprecated since February 2011, because the
`3.0 (quilt)' source packages format provvides similar functionalities.

I would like to request dbs removal in the reasonable future, and I
would be very grateful if you could switch to the 3.0 format and stop
build-depending on dbs.

Thanks a lot,
robert
