I'm using a panel on the right side of the screen for Window Buttons, and I find that with the maximal size of 128 too little of the title is visible (I used a wider setup with Gnome in squeeze). With a quickly hacked version a size of 200 looks nice for me, though since it is an arbitrary limit it should probably be somewhat larger (maybe double it to 256?).
