Package: e2fsprogs Version: 1.42.5-1.1 Severity: minor Tags: upstream Dear Maintainer,
The 'chattr' manpage, in the "BUGS AND LIMITATIONS" section, notes that the 'c' attribute doesn't work with ext2 or ext3 (as implemented in the current mainline Linux kernels). It would be helpful if ext4 were included in this list (I wasted some time trying to figure out why this wasn't working).
