It's just the successor of OOo. openoffice.org-java-common is sinces ages just a dummy package pointing to libreoffice-java-common. That should be changed either way. Note that this bug also blocks the removal of the openoffice.org transitional packages Now, since LO 4.0 entered sid, saxon9.jar is gone anyway from -java-common, so whatever needs saxon9.jar in -java-common now is broken.
