I had completely forgotten about that commit. Yes it makes perfect
sense that that commit fixes this issue. Problem is, it also affects
binary/source compatibility. Various modules interpret the content of
a POSIX::SigSet object depending on the perl version. I don't think
you can easily backport it without consequence.
