Package: debbugs

Make the blocks (and blocked by) segments a drawer which is hidden by
default which contains a table of all of the bugs, their package, and
their title.

many blocking bugs. After all I'm more or less the worst web designer

The sheer ponderousness of the panel's opinion [...] refutes its
