Anyway, I noticed Lilypond is still listed in the 'Tex Authoring' section of the repository. Given that Lilypond doesn't rely on Tex anymore, I imagine it would be more appropriate to place it somewhere else--arguments could be made to support its inclusion in any of Multimedia, Misc Text-Based or even Graphics.
