hey Arpit,
  Kernels released in sarge are unlikely to be updated for reasons other
than security, and other critical bug fixes.  Can you possibly check a
later kernel, such as the linux-2.6.12 in testing, and see if its fixed
there?

Some other information that might be helpful:
  Is your mouse USB, ps2, etc?
  What's the output of dmesg after a boot w/ this mouse connected?
  What does your XF86Config file look like?
