Package: base
Severity: critical
Justification: breaks unrelated software

Executing apt-get purge <some package that is related to gnome> removes gnome

When purging a single package like empathy, the packages gnome and
gnome-core are removed.
Therefore when executing apt-get autoremove the hole gnome environment
is removed including all gui applications (libreoffice and so on)

This breaks the full desktop environment.

This bug was tested on release candidate 2 with up to date packages as well as
on release candidate 1 (without updates for a month)
