Hovering over an embedded image no longer produces a popup box with
the text of the image title. For example, the following HTML
<html>
<body>
<img title="This is the image title." src="somephoto.jpg">
</body>
</html>
should cause "This is the image title." to appear in a popup box while
hovering over the embedded photo. The XKCD comic strip uses this
feature, for example. This works in chromium and used to work in
iceweasel version 10.
