libnss-ldap has been converted to Multi-Arch: same, but manages the configuration file /etc/libnss-ldap.conf that is now shared between all installed architectures of the libnss-ldap package. The problem arises during purge: the configuration file is deleted even if there are still other architectures installed (or in config-files-remaining state) that share the ownership on that file. >From the attached log (scroll to the bottom), observed during the following sequence: apt-get install libnss-ldap:amd64 apt-get install libnss-ldap:i386 dpkg --purge libnss-ldap:i386 0m25.8s ERROR: FAIL: After purging files have disappeared: /etc/libnss-ldap.conf not owned Andreas
