The internal mc viewer incorrectly displays UTF-8 man pages. For example
the /usr/share/man/pl/man8/apt.8.gz man page is displayed as:

whereas it should be:
NAZWA
apt - Zaawansowane narzędzie zarządzania pakietami
SKŁADNIA

I've just tried replacing all those `-Tlatin1' with `-Tutf8' in
/usr/lib/mc/ext.d/text.sh, but it didn't worked:
NAZWA
apt - Zaawansowane narzÄdzie zarzÄdzania pakietami
