Package: virt-manager Version: 0.9.4-2 Severity: normal Hi,
apparently, sending Ctrl-Alt-Del to a Windows(R) VM, with either regular or spice display, does not work when an X11 keymap that binds something like Mode_switch to the left Alt key is loaded. This is a bug IMHO because virt-manager's ability to send arbitrary special keys to guests ought to be independent of the local X11 settings of a system, especially if that system is neither guest nor host (but connecting over the network). This happens with both the sid and experimental libvirt packages. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/mksh-static Versions of packages virt-manager depends on: ii gconf2 3.2.5-1+build1 ii librsvg2-common 2.36.1-1 ii python 2.7.3-4 ii python-dbus 1.1.1-1 ii python-glade2 2.24.0-3+b1 ii python-gnome2 2.28.1+dfsg-1 ii python-gtk-vnc 0.5.1-2 ii python-gtk2 2.24.0-3+b1 ii python-ipy 1:0.75-1 ii python-libvirt 1.0.4-1 ii python-support 1.0.15 ii python-urlgrabber 3.9.1-4 ii python-vte 1:0.28.2-5 ii virtinst 0.600.3-3 Versions of packages virt-manager recommends: pn gnome-icon-theme <none> ii libvirt-bin 1.0.4-1 ii python-spice-client-gtk 0.12-5 Versions of packages virt-manager suggests: pn gnome-keyring <none> ii kwalletcli [ssh-askpass] 2.11-2 pn python-gnomekeyring <none> pn python-guestfs <none> pn virt-viewer <none> -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
