Bug#280202: frozen-bubble: doesn't disable screensaver

I believe this (quite old!) bug can be closed. Since v1.2.10, released 
May 2006, SDL disables the X screensaver and DPMS monitor blanking by 
default, with an override option available for apps that *don't* want it 
disabled. So changes are no longer needed in frozen-bubble to get the 
desired behavior.
