Hello, Artur

I cannot reproduce that here. Your desired behavior is what I get here
and what current code should do.

----------------
# LANG=C apt-get install --reinstall ipolish
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 1 reinstalled, 0 to remove and 0 not
upgraded.
Need to get 0B/886kB of archives.
After unpacking 0B of additional disk space will be used.
Do you want to continue [Y/n]?
Preconfiguring packages ...
(Reading database ... 131459 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace ipolish 20051023-1 (using .../ipolish_20051023-1_all.deb)
...
Unpacking replacement ipolish ...
Setting up ipolish (20051023-1) ...
Processing dict: polish
---------------

with ipolish previously installed (and many other dicts), I get no questions at
all.

Can you please run something like

# LANG=C DEBCONF_DEBUG=developer apt-get install --reinstall ipolish

and send the transcript to the bug page?
