Package: gedit-plugins Version: 3.4.0-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I use Gedit 3.6 (sid) whereas most of my gnome packages are 3.8 (experimental). I can't install 3.8 because of python3-gi (>= 3.0) dependancy (python3-gi 3.8 depends on python3 (< 3.3) but 3.3.0-3 has to be installed)). When I launch Gedit from Gnome-shell, even with the plugin External Tools activated, I can't see the external tools entry in the tools menu. When I launch Gedit -s in a terminal I have the following message : Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/lib/gedit/plugins/externaltools/windowactivatable.py", line 171, in do_activate self.window.set_data("ExternalToolsPluginWindowData", self) File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/gi/overrides/GObject.py", line 555, in _unsupported_data_method raise RuntimeError('Data access methods are unsupported.
