I was affected too. I believe this is actually a bug in GStreamer[0], that was fixed already upstream. At least using upstream commit 401f9b3de72de759c76da155a339c754b653bf9d to patch GStreamer 0.10.36-1 fixed the issue for me. Toni, if the mentioned upstream commit fixes the issue for you too, I would suggest to: - re-assign this bug to the gstreamer0.10 source package - raise the severity to 'serious' to make it release critical - and ask the release team for a freeze exception to upload a fix before wheezy gets released Agreed?
