Package: gnome-system-log
Version: 3.8.0-1
Severity: important
User: ubuntu-de...@lists.ubuntu.com
Usertags: origin-ubuntu raring

1. From a "standard" (non-admin) user account, find System Log in the
menus and run it.
2. Enter the admin password into the authentication window.
3. After System Log finishes loading, try to click the System Log menu
in the top bar of GNOME Shell. The menu won't display.

This bug also affects Unity but not GNOME Classic. I believe it's a
problem with pkexec and the new GMenu. I did not experience this bug
with gparted or synaptic which have also been patched to use pkexec
but those don't use the new GMenu.

Thanks,
Jeremy
