We previously used software-properties-gtk to do this; and forgot to
look at that when switching to PackageKit. A full mirror list is
available in python-apt-common in the following file:

    /usr/share/python-apt/templates/Debian.mirrors

We cannot fix this for wheezy anymore, as it's too late for that;
but we'll try to have an easier way to add new sources back again
in jessie.

software-properties-gtk is still available for manual installation,
though; but might not be in the best shape currently.
