Package: xul-ext-gnome-keyring Version: 0.6.8-1 Severity: serious The latest update of iceweasel from 19.x to 20.0-1 broke the xul-ext-gnome-keyring extension. iceweasel did mark the extension as incompatible and disabled it.
I guess, xul-ext-gnome-keyring needs to generate tighter dependencies so an upgrade of iceweasel or icedove doesn't break it. Say, the extension was compiled against iceweasel v19, it should depend on iceweasel >= 19 , iceweasel << 20 Michael -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (200, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.8-trunk-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.utf8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages xul-ext-gnome-keyring depends on: ii iceweasel 20.0-1 ii libc6 2.13-38 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.2-5 ii libglib2.0-0 2.33.12+really2.32.4-5 ii libgnome-keyring0 3.4.1-1 ii libnspr4 2:4.9.5-1 ii libnspr4-0d 2:4.9.5-1 ii libstdc++6 4.7.2-5 xul-ext-gnome-keyring recommends no packages. xul-ext-gnome-keyring suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
