From the 0.60.3-2 changelog:

[56aee4e] Use dh-autoreconf rather than doing it manually

The change replaced `autoreconf -f -i -s -I .` call with dh-autoreconf,
thus losing the '-I .' part. That means expansions.m4 is no longer
included and so @expanded_libdir@ in monobristol.in is not expanded. The
build log contains the following warnings about this:

./configure: line 2328: SHAMROCK_EXPAND_LIBDIR: command not found
./configure: line 2329: SHAMROCK_EXPAND_BINDIR: command not found
./configure: line 2330: SHAMROCK_EXPAND_DATADIR: command not found

Unfortunately, the maintainer not only ignored them but also didn't try to
test the package they uploaded.
