Package: avarice Version: 2.11-1 Severity: wishlist Hi,
On my system avarice is the only software, which put its udev rules file all over the system. Please install it only into /usr/lib/rules.d using a proper prefix (e.g. by using dh_installudev). avarice currently creates the following files/symlinks: /etc/udev/avarice.rules -> this will be completly ignored /lib/udev/avarice.rules -> this will be completly ignored /lib/udev/rules.d/z60_avarice.rules -> this is the correct place, but the prefix is just a number not a z for all other rule files. -- Sebastian -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (100, 'unstable'), (50, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 armhf Kernel: Linux 3.8-trunk-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages avarice depends on: ii libc6 2.17-0experimental2 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.2-5 ii libstdc++6 4.7.2-5 ii libusb-0.1-4 2:0.1.12-20+nmu1 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.7.dfsg-13 Versions of packages avarice recommends: ii gdb-avr 7.4-1 avarice suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
