I knew this, but it wasn't in my role to tell anyone. I am hindered
for a longer period too, so I won't be working on docutils in the
middle future.

Matthias has been very cooperative and friendly. I suppose that if
anyone can find the time to prepare good NMUs, he will be grateful.
Best to let him agree or defute that.
