This looks like a duplicate of bug #274966 which was fixed in KDevelop 3.2.2-0.2. The problem was due to the fact that kdevelop is renamed to kdevelop3 in Debian. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=274966 Can you please try the new version and report whether this bug is still active?
