It's not caused by multiarch, but by you! If you've read my full post instead of conveniently hanging yourself up at my remark regarding "skype", you'd seen it! (sorry, I couldn't resist) The debian wiki provides the very same information the skype faq does - with the difference that the wiki provides a direct link while the faq links to a generic landing page in which you have to perform two clicks before you can download the debian package. Nowhere is said of course that it will work on an "experimental" system (yes, your system is not even "unstable" as the libc6 version indicates). It is even explicitly defined that APT will not go and just install stuff from experimental without your explicit intervention, which would have been needed here. Even then packages might be temporarily unavailable or not co-installable as it is to be expected in "experimental" as it isn't a stable release and buildds prefer tasks from other suites for obvious reasons. I expect a user of experimental to not require hand-holding as usage of the "experimental" archive requires a fair bit of knowledge gained by reading. It's not mine nor the fault of multiarch that you don't read the documentation.
