I confirm that a workaround is still capable of restoring printing on A4 sheets in 3.13.3-1 : replacing "A4/A4 AutoDuplex" by "A4.Duplex/A4 AutoDuplex" at 4 occurences in the generated /etc/cups/ppd/Photosmart_6510.ppd. I'm not sure, but suspect a ppd compiler issue... Hope this helps.
