/etc/grub.d/10_hurd hasn't been shipped by Debian's grub-common package on i386 for rather a long time now; in fact, until I did some archaeology as a result of this bug, I was unaware that it was ever shipped on non-Hurd architectures. The last package version to ship it was 1.96+20081201-1, uploaded on 2008-12-01. Since really not that many people were using grub2 back then, I'm downgrading severity, although we still ought to clean this up.
