Package: nvclock Version: 0.8b4+cvs20100914-3 Severity: important Tags: patch
Dear Maintainer, nvclock looks broken as it always returns from map_mem() routine (located in src/bavkend/backend.c) after mapping power management controller region due to missing braces in error check. The attached patch (missing-braces-map-mem.diff) likely solves the root cause of the problem. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.0 APT prefers testing-updates APT policy: (500, 'testing-updates'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages nvclock depends on: ii libc6 2.13-37 ii libx11-6 2:1.5.0-1 ii libxext6 2:1.3.1-2 Versions of packages nvclock recommends: ii smartdimmer 0.8b4+cvs20100914-3 Versions of packages nvclock suggests: pn nvidia-glx-any <none> -- no debconf information -- Eugene "eSyr" Syromyatnikov mailto:evg...@gmail.com xmpp:eSyr@jabber.{ru|org}
