I don't mind at all that you have a policy of not tracking bugs about
Adobe Flash code in the BTS.  It's a bit of a shame because I doubt
Adobe cares about non-security bugs in Flash on Debian so the tracking
would be a useful way to help users coordinate, but I can see how the
load would be high and setting such a policy is a good way to handle
that.

If you would like to set such a policy, I suggest adding a note to
that effect to debian/reportbug/presubj.

That would avoid misunderstandings in the future.
