I honestly don't know how to deal with this problem, the line in control file
is this one

Suggests: libcurl3-dbg, libssl0.9.8-dbg, libwxgtk2.8-dbg

should I change
libssl0.9.8-dbg
to
libssl1.0.0-dbg | libssl0.9.8-dbg

Or maybe just updating to 1.0.0 with not so many problems? I'm pretty sure no
backports will be issued for debian 6.0 anymore
