In the case of a particular bug, if you look at the version graph on the
right-hand side of e.g. http://bugs.debian.org/702669 , it clearly
indicates which versions have been fixed.

For a particular package, compare
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=typo3-src;dist=unstable
and
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=typo3-src;dist=stable
