I'm not subscribed to the bug, so I didn't get this message. So I've edited /etc/sks/sksconf and added: pagesize: 16 ptree_pagesize: 16 It ran succesfully like that. I tried setting mutex_set_max in the environnment before, but that didn't help anything. The DB_CONFIG didn't mention anything about pagesizes.
