We found that extprograms are not really usable with Debian's
dovecot at the moment. Don't ask me for specifics, but when enabled,
we regularly see things like this:

dovecot: lmtp(10603): Fatal: master: service(lmtp): child 10603 killed with
  signal 11 (core dumps disabled)
  kernel: [272989.855245] lmtp[10603]: segfault at 0 ip 00007fdf69c3a55b sp
  00007fffec3853d0 error 4 in libdovecot-storage.so.0.0.0[7fdf69bc3000+fa000]

I have tried recompiling revision 058de395713a (85c95d498994 also
works, but c3a866e7493c introduces an ABI change[1]) according to
the recipe I published to this bug report earlier, but the problem
keeps coming back.

I will try at some point to capture the fault with a debugger, but
I think the problem would be most easily solved at the top, so
please consider including the extplugins in dovecot-sieve proper ;)

1. /usr/lib/dovecot/modules/sieve/lib90_sieve_extprograms_plugin.so:
